As a clinician trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP), I aim to empower client’s living with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Due to this, they learn more about their intrusions and compulsions to make better meanings of them. This is through a patient, therapeutic, informed, and psycho-education based lens. Through my training in harm-based intrusions, sexuality-based intrusions, religious-based intrusions and more I support client’s in reaching wellness through highlighting their strengths. In this way, they develop the ability to coexist with and challenge their OCD in therapy and beyond it. More about Lebert at the Behavioral Wellness Clinic.
